What is guaranty in welding electrode datasheet? 2

Hi experts,
I found the "Guaranty" in the datasheet of LB-52NS (E7016-G) SMAW welding electrode. So what does it mean?
In ASME II part C, SFA5.5, Table 2, I see that the weight percent of Si is 0.8min. But I see that in most of certificate of E7016-G, the weight percent of Si is 0.3x.
Please help me more understanding it.

They're just stating what their self-imposed limits are for that particular product. It does not necessarily have to align with the table, the manufacturer is being more stringent with their chemistry than what A5.5 allows.
