What is conversion factor for leakage rate unit Pa.m3/sec ? and what is the definition of this unit. Is it some like mass leakage rate? Any reference?

What are you trying to convert this quantity to?

The SI units are standard cubic centimeters per second for pressure and torr liters per second for vacuum.

This quantity is a measure of volume leakage as a function of pressure.

I want to convert it to cc/sec for instance to check leakage criteria for intake manifold. I need to know if the criteria is 100 Pa m3/sec and the pressure is 3 bars what will be the leakage flow in cc/sec.

(100 PA*m^3/sec)* (3 bar/300,000 PA)*(1,000,000 cc/m^3)=1,000 cc/sec=1 liter per second.
