What is the difference about culvert hydraulics btw Hecras and HY-8

I need to make calculations detaily in my work about culvert in both software. I try to show reasons of different result by determining different methods and calculations. Which steps are different in these programs(like friction loss equaiton etc.)

As can be seen from the photos all input is same but the results are are different. I can't understand the reason of this. ı also upload my input file both HY-8 and Hec-Ras as an attachment. Thanks for interest.

Is the difference is too much or less than 5 or 10%? Because no two different softwares gives exactly same result. If the difference is high then we may have to do a research.
