What is the meaning of ... (three dots) representing Material Chemical Composition 1

Hello Everyone, i am reviewing ASME Material A178Gr. A and the Mill test certificate i have is indicating Si= 0.036 but in the ASME Code Si= ... in the case of Grade a which i believe it should be just a trace/negligible value. Can anyone tell me the meaning of ... in the ASME Code?Thank you
