Hello Everyone, i am reviewing ASME Material A178Gr. A and the Mill test certificate i have is indicating Si= 0.036 but in the ASME Code Si= ... in the case of Grade a which i believe it should be just a trace/negligible value. Can anyone tell me the meaning of ... in the ASME Code?Thank you

If you go elsewhere in Section II, Part A, such as SA-6 - Table A, there exists
Note 1- Where "..." appears in this table there is no requirement.
 
Thank you for the update>>>> TGS4(Mechanical) found the answer rather in ASME Section III, Part A SA-6 Table B (Under permitted variations in product analysis)
