I can't find the conversion factors on line and it's been WAY too long ago for college chemistry!

This will work fine IF the water is deionized or distilled. If there's a lot of carbonate/bicarbonate in the water, not so much.
 
It was close enough for what we needed. That's why Eng Tips is so darn valuable.
