What is the scene/lighting setup for this part?

made of nylon. i tried many times on a similar part to match the rendering but never success. Either it is too dark so the white material looks grey, or it is too bright that the part is washed out (could not distinguish different surfaces.)

Any one has experience with photoworks can give me some hint?

Which software are you using for rendering: PhotoWorks or PhotoView 360?

If you have haven't tried PV360, then give it a go.

Also post your part with the PW settings.

wow thanks Gupta65. Photoview 360 rocks! and it is so easy to use. I got pretty good looking parts now.

I wonder what photoworks is for.
 
PhotoWorks is also a rendering software but it'll be now replaced by PhotoView 360
