Not much industance/capacitance in an LED... probably more in the wiring itself going TO the LEDs.

I'm interpreting the OP's question to be concerning the power input into the driver module.

The linked spec sheets mention 'power factor' values such as "0.95 at full load."

This implies that the input to the driver is not far off being effectively resistive ("at full load").

Please standby for further discussion to confirm or refute this.

With devices such as LED drivers, the issue is not so much the displacement PF which as we have seen is a charming 0.95.
The issue, if there is one, is the distortion introduced by the driver only drawing current at the peaks of the ac wave.
So the answer is resistive, but decidedly non-linear.
