Ok, this is more of a multi-part question. So I'll list them:
1. Can I purchase 2 of the exact same motors, and then use one, as a pump, to drive the other?
Assuming the above answer is yes:
2. I have a 2.5HP engine that will drive a pump. Not sure how that will work since I need a small pump, but generally want roughly the same output HP from the motor. Here is the motor I am looking at getting, but not sure if it will work as a pump, and as a motor.
Thanks, any suggestions are greatly appreciated as I am having great difficulty finding a pump and motor that will work. Oh yeah, RPMs, need to be high I think. Hard to explain why without crossing into something that should be posted elsewhere, but I can explain if needed as it is another area I need help with.
