What program i can use for S7200 which is compatable with windows 7 or 10

Dear All,

I have an old S7200 PLC + a usb cable for It. Now I have the need to use it for a small project + brushing up my knowledge on ladder and so on. The Microwin I had does not work on windows 7 and windows 10. Which program I can use to be compatible with widows 7 or 10 and will still be able to communicate with Siemens S7200

Please be kind as I am not an expert on PLC's

You will likely have to set up a virtual machine on your Windows 7 or 10 machine to run XP or older. Then you can install Microwin on the virtual machine.

Have you tried Win XP compatibility mode in the Properties/settings for the exe file?

You can run MicroWin SP9 directly on Windows 7, I would look into a VM, I use Oracle VM and works great
