Sorry guys an automation guy so be patient with me. If I set from the pump at point B with 320 bar flow set on relief bar and 160 bar set for point A on the pressure reducing valve . What will the pressure read at port MX3 and MX4.

If Ev 1-16 is off while pressure read o bar at at Mx3 and 320 bar at mx4 . What about when it is EV 1-16 is on and the downstream of X3 is closed

There is a doubt about the representation of valve 117-01. The ports are B at A (and not P and T as for a pressure relief valve).
a) It can be a pressure reducer, in this case it is a normally open valve without pressure. So the horizontal part with the arrow must be in the axis of the holes A and B. And the tail perpendicular to the arrow must be at the bottom. If this is the case, the pressure in X3 is 160bar if EV-16 supplied with maximum tip limited to 180bar by the pressure limiter 118-01. In X4 we read a pressure which depends on the upstream circuit.
b) But it can also be a sequence valve. In this case, the piloting is on side B (and not on side A as shown). In this case we only read a pressure in X3 equal to the pressure in X4 provided that it is greater than 160bar. And that EV1-16 is supplied. If EV1-16 is cut we read 0bar in X3 and 160bar in X4.
c) It’s a special valve that I don’t know. And so without further details on the diagram I cannot help you.

Regarding the above why dont we read 300 bar at X3 since that in input pressure from the pump. Dont you think X3 should read the 300 bar. Correct me if I am wrong

So when EV 16 is off. There will 0 bar pressure at MX3 and 300 bar at MX4 (considering the relief valve from the pump is set 300 bar). Is that right.
 
This is a pretty standard thread here on this forum, a cut-out schematic about pressure or a valve function. The problem with this post is that the cut-out is taken out of context. The most important context is...
-"How is the system supposed to work correctly?"
-"What is supposed to happen on the actuator side of the system?"
or
-"how is pressure/flow provided into the system?"

So in this specific post, what "action" is expected by design in the system?

Just asking what the pressure "would be" is basically not teaching the OP anything neither can the OP get to understand "why" the pressure sequencing has to behave the way it is designed to do.
