What's best way to peel of Laser film?

For one of our operation in our plant, the laser film must be peeled off first before going through the laser. Does anyone know an efficient way of peeling off the vinyl without scratching the sheet steel?

vthao- In peeling plastic off of plexiglas, scratch-free, we have used a disposable cardboard tube along one edge, wrap the plastic around the tube to get it started, then roll the tube down the sheet. Could be motorized, but we were cheap labor!
