What's stronger, F1554 GR 36 Rod OR A325 Bolt 2

I'm connecting a web plate on each side of a column and I'm using a rod with threaded ends through the column. The fabricator wants to use F1554 GR 36 rod and I can't find any shear or tensile values, other than that it has the same properties as A36 steel. I have values for A325 bolts but how does this compare to the F1554 GR 36? Gr 55 and 105 are also avialable. I'm using 3/4" diameter fasteners. Thanks.

The F1554 has a Fu from 58-80 ksi
A325 has Fu around 105 ksi.
 
So it appears a A193 GrB7 or A687 is the way to go for a threaded rod that's equal or better than an A325. I also notice that the F1554 is called an "anchor" rod so it probably shouldn't be used as a threaded rod. Thanks.
 
The commentary in the 13 edition of the Steel construction manual (16.1-208) indicates that ASTM A449 and A354 materials can be substituted for ASTM A325 and A490 when bolts longer than allowed by the ASTM 325 and A490 Specification are required...
 
The maximum length for A325 and A490 bolts are only like 8" or so. I believe A449 can be obtained in longer segements. A307 can be obtained in longer lengths. I am attaching a file from PCA Notes on ACI 318 for F1554 bolts and other bolts. It is useful for ACI Appendix D calculations.
