wheel slip torque

I need to calculate the wheel slip torque of the transaxle powertrain vehicle.This will be used to calculate engine mount torque reaction under wheel slip condition.Any ideas???

Yes, it is easy to get in the ball-park, although you will have to guess to get the additional shock loads. What coefficient of friction do you have? What vertical laod is on the wheel at the time? What radius is the tyre?

I assume you know how to work out the torque at the engine given a torque at the wheel...

Torque at the engine will be

=torque at the wheel/rear diff ratio

but in order to calculate wheel torque ,dont we need longitudinal reation too to react it at the height of the c of g against axial load ,at the wheel contact patch???.

or wheel torque=Fz(vertical force)x wheel basexMu-gvw X dist of cofg to frt axle or am I missing some thing??
 
The other question arise
What if we have just two wheel drive transaxle vehicle. What would be the maxumum wheel slip torque.
 
Not really. Not to the accuracy you are likely to get. If you like work out the weight transfer due to cgheight/wheelbase.

You are asking a very basic question, see any book on dynamics.
