Where do we get fixed orifices and hydraulic components

Hi, we are looking for a low cost place to purchase hydraulic components like fixed orifices, flow valves, safety valves etc. Please recommend a webshop or a catalog outlet with a full selection. Thanks !

ARe you looking for local suppliers or national, or even international manufacturers/suppliers?
Are you looking for "any old flow valve", or something of a bit more "quality"?

For example: I recently worked on a project in Cuba. Emerson wasn't really a useful supplier.
