when I m loading a single part with Load Interpart Data
there is something pointing to an external file. The part has no
wave links no interpart expressions - what other reference should I look for? How can I find the dependency?
Thanks in advance

Open only the part of interest and go to Information -> Part -> Loaded Parts. References to other parts will be listed near the bottom of this report. I have seen cases where references will be listed here after the links have been deleted. If you have any of these phantom references, do a part cleanup and be sure to check the clean interpart links and clean feature data.

thanks Cowski
is there a information where they are pointing to?

If I remember correctly, it would report the file name of the referenced part but not the full path to the file.

thats right ,
but where do the external references point to?
wave links ipe or old explosion lines or ??? inside my part?
what can cause those problems?

I think in my case it had to do with wave linked geometry that was later deleted. I was never able to consistently recreate the 'error', and a part cleanup always seemed to take care of it, so I never bothered taking it up with GTAC.
