Where is the solid edge engineering reference tab

I've seen this tab available on occasion when I am modeling a part, but can't get it to appear now.
How do I access it please?

I have the same issue and have been trying to track it down. Are you working with a foating license with mulitple seats of SE? Our setup consists of a mix of Solid Edge "Foundation" and "Classic" seats. From what I've seen, this feature is available in the "Classic" but not the "Foundation" seats.

I've discovered that is what's causing the problem.
Guess if I want to use it, I'll need to be the 1st one at work
