where to buy small coil spring

I bought a bicycle that has a primitive coil-over-shock 'suspension', but the Chinese manufacturer must know Americans are generally overweight since it shipped with a 550 lb/in, 1 3/4" OD, wire D 1/4", 3 5/16" long spring.

I would like to know where I can buy springs with a lesser spring rate off the shelf, so I can tune the 'suspension' to my bodyweight = 110 lbs.
