Can someone guide me to find a TTT/CCT diagram of a 0.12%C/0.25%Si/1.4Mn Steel. (ASTM A694 F65)

On the website is Database of Steel Transformation Diagrams, 3764 diagrams. Currently is website down and will be active in two days.

Generally a CCT will show general structure ranges and I see that this one does not label them. It does not appear that any of the curves goes through a martensitic transition. The faster curves may be bainite+pearlite+ferrite, the slower ones pearlite+ferrite. The circled numbers are the final hardness but also should include a scale as to whether they are Vickers or Brinell. Not the best presentation of a CCT.
 
It is obviously a carburizing alloy, which makes the CCT somewhat moot.
