Where to find NX users or designers?

I looked for career and job posts forums, but couldn't find it. If this post is inappropriate, I apologize.

I am having trouble finding CADD talent in my region. Besides the corporate postings on career sites, we have posted in local tech and university career websites, I called professors I know, called all the ole timer CADD users, etc. to find find talent.

From 90 to 2015, there were always dozens of drafters, designers, and CADD operators looking for work at any one time. Is it just a sign of the recent job environment and the great resign? I have only received 4 inquiries in 3 weeks and only have 1 interview.

Anyone know of a website or forum for designers or NX users looking for work?

I am having 8+ years of experience in NX Design and Drafting. I am also capable of developing NX Open tools by using C#dotnet.

All the good NX designers have jobs and aren't looking.

If you want to fill NX seats, you need to be open to training users coming from other platforms.

We got a new College grad from a Local college and taught him the ways. Easier to teach em good habits, vs have teach out some bad habits. It has worked well, even though they do not have NX training. I think it is more of the person and what kind of innovation the person brings to the table. NX is just a tool, Kind of like Snap On, or Matco Tools
