Where to find the yield and tensile strength requirements for rebars D1.4 or D1.1?

Can somebody help with the following question:

What is the min. required tensile strenght for A615 Grade 60 rebar that is to be welded with FCAW?

Where in D1.4 or D1.1 to find the information?

First off, if it is rebar, it isn't going to be listed in D1.1. Look in D1.4.

I know, but I can't find it in D1.4, that's why I posted the question here, if you can't answer don't play smart please.

D1.4 Table 5.1, Group III, left hand column under "Steel Specification Requirements"

A615 Grade 60 rebar has a minimum tensile strength of 90 ksi and a minimum yield of 60 ksi....whether you weld it or not.

Your weld splice has to be developed in accordance with AWS D1.4.
