Which rubber-like materials age well? 1

So apparently natural rubber latex can get weaker and turn sticky over time, i.e., it doesn't age well.

Which latex substitutes age well (>30 year lifespan)? Polyurethanes? Butyl rubber?

This is for a low stress application (just used for increasing the coefficient of friction of a surface)

UV resistance is required

For applications requiring great age resistance then go for EPDM-based sheets with carbon black for UV resistance. A good example would be roofing membrane.
 
I was hoping the questioner would respond to GrahamBennett before adding another view. If the word 'latex' is intended to cover rubber as a whole then I agree about EPDM. However, if we are thinking of products prepared directly from latex, eg by dipping, then an obvious candidate will be polychloroprene (Neoprene)latex. Resistance to ageing, weathering and the effects of pro-oxidant metal absorption will be improved. Agree with carbon black addition.
