WHO CAN CERTIFY TO EN 10204-3.1.C in the United States

Need to find list of persons or testing facility that
can certify to EN 10204-3.1.C in the US. Better in the
South West region. The standard is for seamless pipe.

If your seamless pipe will be used as a pressure vessel, then I agree go right to the Notified Body and ask for someone in the Pressure Vessel group. If your not marketing your pipe as a pressure Vessel then don't waste the money, it's not required. Review the standard to make sure you meet the mechnical specifications, performe any test necessary in the standard and build a file to document your design and technical information. Your product if not a pressure vessel does not fall into any of the New Approcah Directives and therefore is not required to be CE Marked.
