Why CATIA V5 macros not in online market?

I see lot of forums discussing about macro development but I wonder why it is not sold online like other eCommerce? Is there any restriction from Dassault Systèmes to do so.

There are lots of companies who will sell you custom applications, although the scripting is usually a little more complex than a VB macro
