Why did Eurocode not explicitly talk about the design of two way

I noticed EC2 did not talk about two-way slab like the way its predecessor BS8110 made a coefficient for the analysis of two-way slab. I also noticed EC2 was more concerned about simply supported one-way slab and continuous slab
