Why do I experience two different behaviors for "Insert --> Geometrical Set"? 1

In CATIAv5 R19 I often experience two different things when I perform "Insert --> Geometrical Set".

Most of time I get the desired behavior, which is the appearance of the "Insert Geometrical Set" dialog box that allows me to enter in the Name, Father, and Features of the set.

However, on some occasions, instead of getting a dialog box, a new geometrical set just pops into the tree and names itself, something like "Geometrical Set.137".

I'd like to know why I experience these two different behaviors, and specifically how to avoid having the second behavior occur.

are you in the same workbench when you insert the new set?

When you right click on a toolbar, go to customize/commands/all commands and you will see that there is 2 options for geometrical set
The first one is geometrical set (which just puts in a geo set with no pop up window)
The second one is geometrical set...(this is the one that gives you the dialog box)

Not sure if you have this tied to a hotkey or not.

I am actually using the Menu Bar's "Insert --> Geometric Set...", which does have the elipsis at the end of it every time I use it. I don't think the behavior is related to the workbench I'm using because it seems to happen whether I'm in part design, GSD, or aerospace sheet metal. It's just sometimes when I try to create the geo set, it just pops into the tree already named and it annoys me greatly!
