Why is A352 LCC Not Permitted in Section VIII, Div.1 ???

Does anybbody know why A352 LCC Not Permitted in Section VIII, Div.1 ? In section 2 Part D Table 1A under "Applicability and Max. Temperature Limits" it is listed as "NP=Not Permitted". Is there a reason for this? Thank you in advance for your help.
