why pipe material(SA 106 Gr.B) do not contain any sign Like SA 516 Gr70N & SA 105N

ramesh349, this pipe is generally not normalized. Refer the specification, SA-106.

It can actually be quite difficult sometimes to find SA-106 in normalized condition. If you want a normalized pipe, you're sometimes better off just specifying another grade such as SA-333-6.
