Wind load for inverted curve building

To calculate wind loading, you can idealise the structure as a inverted pitched roof, as shown below:

Building codes will usually provide pressure coefficients for a roof of this shape... or they might provide uplift/downforce coefficients for you to use. Either way is fine.

Both Eurocode 1991-1-4 and ASCE 7 should provide pressure coefficients which consider whether or not there is blockage beneath the curved roof or not.

Finally, RE wind speed, you should determine the wind speed at the top level of your roof according to the procedure of the building code you are using.
