Wind Load generator in staad

Hi forum Members,

Iam having trouble dealing with wind load generator.

I started off by reading the STAAD Technical Manual.
Then I also had look at wind load generation example file.

But when I modelled the wind load on a 3D structure , I got peculiar results.

The wind load is to be applied on west face of #D structure.
It looks roughly like this

1 1 1

When the wind load was applied, and checked, the load on node A and B were not equal,they differed by a significant amount. Same was the case with node C and D.

Can somebody point as to what may be the cause of this anomaly.
