Hi everyone,
I have a query with regard to general practice in applying wind load when the building consists of both monopitch and duopicth roof.
In such case, how do we calculate the value of "e" which is necessary in allocating zone length for applying wind load based on Eurocode. I am bit confused on this as I feel like value of "e" should be calculated individually for both roofs type but at the same time since they are a part of same building, it seems value of "e" should be calculated based on total dimensions.
I would be grateful if anybody could share their ideas or experiences, if any.
