Wind load on the monoslope roof in a slender structure

Hi everyone!

I'm doing a wind study for an open structure like this:

As you can see, the structure is very slender

When I try to introduced the wind load over the roof, I follow the ASCE 7-16 § FIGURE 27.3-4 and look for the Net Pressure Coefficient CN

But at the end of the figure it tells us a limits to apply, and we don't inside this limits

How would you consider the wind load on the roof?

Could you consider it as a freestandingwall like in the ASCE 7-16 § FIGURE 29.3-1?
