Transom Window Pole and Hook H 3753 - The Home Depot Prime-Line Aluminum Pole Transom Window Pole and Hook is ideal for reaching and actuating ring latches on upper story windows. www.homedepot.com edit - I just noticed the price. You can figure out much cheaper alternatives. Upvote 0 Downvote

Today at 3:01 AM #6 dvd Mechanical Nov 12, 2001 2,007 I would call them hopper windows or awning windows based on swing. See the link - https://www.energy.gov/energysaver/window-types-and-technologies Awning & Hopper Window Latches windowpartsworld.com If you need latches, shop around those are mighty expensive. Just put the link in for illustration purposes. Upvote 0 Downvote
