windows 98se installation on usb flash disk 1

Hi All,

I engaged with windows 98se installation on usb falsh.
I work to replace pc hdd with a 1 gb flash disk.
Thanks to [mkbt20], boot from usb was successful, but windows 98se setup show some error:
1- when usb flash as drive A; setup say cant install on drive a
2- when usb flash as drive C (HDD disconnected from mainboard, only CD drive connected); setup say cant make temperory drive

please help me
