Does anyone know if there is a published standard that provides guidelines for routing process signal wires (4-20mA)? This would be as opposed to power wiring (e.g. route signal wire in separate conduit, separated by a distance...). Thanks.

I recommend you take a look at NFPA 79. It is the standard used to Electrical requirments of Machinery.
