Here is a document that explains the keyin to open a web page and then go to a specific url.

You can apply the keyin to a button or pulldown menu.

So you would like to have MicroStation open google.maps.com to the location in the design file?

As far as I know google maps wont do that but you can do that with the newer releases of MicroStation with Google Earth.
From the MicroStation pull down menu Tools > Geographic > Synchronize Google Earth View.

Sorry, I cant think of a way to do that using the tools MicroStation has. Contact us through our website if you are interested in us providing you with a custom solution for your needs. I am sure we could do this with a little VBA magic.
