I have placed this thread in the Wood Design also, I seem to remember an eng-tips thread regarding the checking of construction for wood framed homes/condos/buildings. The thread went through a list of items to check, I have searched for the thread with no luck (I do not remember the exact title) does anyone seem to rememeber the thread or link?
