Work-Over Rig Clearance?

I've got a project where we are designing a new tank setting that will be located & built out in the oil fields. Problem is there are some existing (producing) wells very near this site. Anybody know what the "standard" clearance that is required for a work-over rig to come in and pull maintenance on one of these oil wells?
