wps for 2" stainless steel pipe

Please i have difficulty in writing wps for the above subject, may be someone could help to verify what i have done so far from the attachment or help to with one if available.

The only thing that I noticed, after a glance, was the joint preparation.
Joint Preparation: Oxy-cutting?
Oxy-fuel cutting on stainless steel doesn't work too well.

Not sure how to answer this diplomatically.
A large part of my role is reviewing clients or contractors ASME IX welding procedures and if all my customers put those PQR/WPSs on the internet and had them reviewed/ amended for free I would be out of a job.

After a quick review I can find 14 significant errors - however, a proper review of a WPS cannot be achieved without a copy of the relevant PQR.

A good idea is to try and purchase a copy of CASTI Guidebook to ASME Section IX Welding Qualifications - much better for you to learn yourself than have someone write the WPS for you,
