WPS FOR HOT INDUCTION BEND PIPES

Dear friends,
I have sumitted WPS for pipeline welding which covers thicknes 4.6 to 19.1mm.But client demand me to submit separate WPS for Hot induction bend pipe joint.the bend pipes also comes under 4.6-19.1 mm thickness,material is also same.It required to submit new WPS?
Please explain

Recommended for you

ASME B31.1 and B31.3 do not require qualification on hot induction bends. Your Client is free to specify the additional testing; however, if he has changed the Contract, you have added charges to apply to him.

My job is API 1104 pipeline welding is it applicable.
 
Is it because the applicable specification is classing heat treatment condition, or possibly pipe supplier, as an essential variable?
