We are an Aerospace Company updating our PQR / WPS format for documenting the welding current on Aluminum. We use Miller Dynasty 400 machines for Manual GTAW. We will be going for NADCAP accreditation soon and would like to glide thru worry free.
What is the preferred method for documenting the current setting in Amperage ? Amperage below is reference only. I have shown 3 ways below, looking for real life examples of what has worked.

Option 1: 200 amps Max
Option 2: 150 - 175 amps
Option 3: Machine setting of 200 Amps, Pedal control 150 - 175 reference amps
Option 4: Other ?
