WRC 107 stress concentration

WRC 107 talks about two stress concentration factors.

Kn is membrane stress conc. factor (pure tension or compression)
Kb is bending stress conc. factor


But can some one tell me how and where to look them up?

My interpretation is that those factors are relevant only to fatigue analyses. However fatigue analysis of nozzles is conducted normally per Div.2, so I never used those factors.

The 1979 revision of WRC107 included Appendix B - Stress Concentration factors for Stresses due to External Loads. This Appendix has curves for the evaluation of Kn & Kb values.
