Can anyone tell if PV ELITE considers pipe undertolerance while performing WRC calculations for nozzles?

When I run the analysis, it does take the pipe undertolerance while performing internal pressure calculations for nozzle, but for WRC, I saw in the report that the software has mentioned nominal thickness
I did not find any option to manually enter the nozzle thickness in WRC tab

Which WRC? No doubt you are aware that WRC 107 does not consider the attachment (nozzle) at all.

Really, Mech2325, I am going to suggest again that you study the software documentation, example problems and help files. This is a real strongpoint for PVE.

I'd also suggest you get a good pressure vessel handbook such as Moss. Answers to most of your questions will be found there.

You need do some of your own homework, and if possible find a mentor in your organization.

Regards,

Mike

The problem with sloppy work is that the supply FAR EXCEEDS the demand
