Writing older .inp versions from CAE?

Hi

I have a fairly simple question this time :)
When I tell CAE to write the .inp file for a certain job, is there a way to have it write an .inp file that is compatible with an older ABAQUS solver version?

I'm using 6.7 CAE on a local machine, but would like to run the more extensive models on our server, which still only runs 6.6.4(I think, but certain an older version)?

Any hints are welcome

If you've got access to the install discs for the older version of ABAQUS, why not install the older version of CAE? If you've got a significant amount of modelling to do, that would be the path of least resistance...

That's not possible, I'm afraid. The older version is only available on the Unix servers, whereas the newer version is Windows only. I need to use the new CAE on my local windows machine to create the models, then run them from the command line on the server.

Why not? You or your IT guys would have had the older version windows install discs along with the same version unix install discs, as they are all shipped together in the same cardboard box.

I'll ask them. Maybe that is the way I'll have to go. But if I remember correctly, the old CAE was horribly buggy (impossible to select complex surfaces, etc.).
Maybe it'd be easier to write a short programm that converts the inp files.
