I guess I've been out of the field too long.

does anybody remember the Westinghouse IL for their HU relay?

Thanks for the links, folks.

A friend is working on some 'legacy', i.e., "older than dirt" equipment. He was specifically asking if the Westinghourse HU had a functionality similar to the GE BDD, where one can measure unbalance current on Terminals 8 and 9 to validate the proper setup of the unit.

Neither he nor I see that functionality in the HU.

It's been quite a while since I got to play with these things. My old service 'library' has disappeared, along with a good portion of my memory of this fine equipment.

JG-

Yes, that will work. It's just that the GE relay has that function brought out to a couple of easily accessible terminals on the case.

It is the big resistor at the top, so the two wired terminals should be pretty easy to clip on to.
