Could someone please suggest a reliable resource containing information on Youngs Modulus for 316 Stainless Steel at Cryogenic temperatures? Thanks in advance!

This is from the Aerospace Structural Metals Handbook.

Another source you should latch onto is the Brookhaven National Laboratory Selected Cryogenic Data Notebook. Google it. Its a free download.

Be very careful with the fitted curves from NIST. High order polynomials get funky at the end of the data range. Plot the data in small temperature increments at each end of the stated range to make sure the fitted curve is well behaved.

The most useful data I've found for cryogenic properties of materials is the Cryogenic Materials Properties Handbook by Martin Marietta (funded by USAF) and available at the link below (PDF version).

Hopefully that works, but if not, Google "cryogenic material properties martin Marietta" and select the first entry (PDF). It's a large file. Doesn't have 316 modulus but does have 304 modulus on page B.4.i (page 465 of 722)

This is actually a 2 volume set so look for the second one at the Google link below. It's the second one down.

If you look into the original reports from Brookhaven, NIST, and MM you will see some names on the teams repeated.
It was a fairly small group of people working in this field.
