Young's modulus (E) estimation

I have few data of unit weight, Angle of internal friction and some grain size distribution.

Is there any empirical relation to find out the Young's Modulus of Elasticity of that soil?

Consult the "Handbook of Geotechnical Investigation and Design Tables" by Burt Look. You should be able to located a free PDF version online.

Agree with jmcc. If you got your friction angle from triaxial tests, you can get the modulus from the stress-strain curves.
 
The data was on a report. They did not have TX data. Only Grain size distribution.
 
In Japan, we use some correlations with SPT N-values:
For overconsolidated sands: E=2.8N (MN/m2)
For normally consolidated sands, compacted sands: E=1.4N (MN/m2)
For normally consolidated sands (below groundwater level): E=0.7N (MN/m2)

Check also "Manual on Estimating Soil Properties for Foundation Design" by Kulhawy and Mayne published by EPRI (Electric Power Research Institute). Google it, it is available in internet.
 
in the US and when following the ASTM standard for triaxial strength testing, the laboratory has an obligation to provide the stress-strain curves and has NO obligation to report friction angle. I'm just agreeing that the report that gives friction angle should have the stress/strain curves.

I'd also look for the boring logs and try to relate N-values and soil type to modulus.
