Interesting question. There is a long list of free online classes and course work but I didn't see anything specific to lectures which is surprising.
 
I left off LinkedIn, which is pretty expensive, at $300/yr, but you get access to all their video courses, and some companies pay for that, but make you do it on your own time.

Linkedin's are free with a library membership through Lynda.
 
Coursera.com is pretty good for free open engineering and other courses. I listen to them regularly via their app for fun, but I'm that geek that enjoys rereading college texts in search of obscure knowledge while on vacation.
