Motor relaibility determination

I would like to perform accelerated life testing on stepper motors (several sizes), also AC and DC motors to try to understand the expected operational life of each. Are there accelearation factors for (temperature, humidity, vibration) that apply to this type of device? Any suggestions (testing to perform) to try to understand time to failure would be appreciated.

Suggestion: The nuclear power plants apply many items in Class 1E environment, which have been tested on "accelerated aging" based principle. Some IEEE Standards address it.
