I am looking for the Turkish Building code of practice in English. Could anybody help in telling me how to get it ?

Turkish standards require an understanding of the conditions and type of projects. Not a simple as the IBC, especially with the EU.

I have a engineer/contractor friend that is one largest contractors in Turkey. He works is several countries and all of his engineering staff that I met speak English. They may be able to help you.
