I have been told that a vessel is not considered a pressure vessel if one of the following conditions is met.
1. its inner diameter is less than 6"
2. its internal volume is less than 1.5 ft3.
3. the maximum allowable working pressure is 15 psig.
Can someone advise if this is true?
Thank you.
